KSB Portal Login: Apply for Children Education Assistance for Ex-Servicemen

Step 1: Visit the KSB Website

• Go to www ksb gov in log.

Step 2: Log In and Apply for CEA

• Log in to the KSB website.
• Open the “Children Education Assistance” page and fill out the online form for each child separately.

Step 4: Upload Documents

• Upload scanned copies of all original documents, not photocopies.
• Ensure you upload the SPARSH PPO.

Step 5: Review and Submit

• Thoroughly check your application, print it, and then click on SUBMIT.
• Follow the KSB CEA checklist to ensure correct application.
• Your application status will show “Successfully Submitted and Pending at ZSB.”

Step 6: Document Verification

• Visit the concerned ZSB with original documents for verification.

Step 7: Application Check by ZSB Clerk

• A ZSB Clerk will check your application at Counter No 5.

Step 8: Rectify Mistakes

• Log in to the KSB website to check the list of observations or mistakes.
• Rectify and re-upload the corrected application form within 30 days to avoid deletion.

Step 9: Reapply if Deleted

• If your application is deleted or rejected, you can reapply online before 30/11/2024.

Step 10: ZSB Recommendation

• If your application is error-free, ZSB will recommend and forward it online to Rajya Sainik Board (RSB).
• Your application may still show as pending at ZSB but will be processed as per the application date’s seniority.

Step 11: RSB Review

• RSB will check your application.

Step 12: KSB Approval

• KSB will check and approve your CEA application.
• It will then be sent to the Accounts Department of KSB for payment.

Step 13: Payment

• The CEA amount will be directly credited to your account by KSB.
• ZSB does not handle CEA payments. There could be a delay of a year or more due to limited funds.

Ksb Scholarship Login

• First of all, ESM / Widow / Orphan visit Kendriya Sainik Board website
  www.ksb.gov.in and register themselves with KSB website.
• After registration, login ID, password and a link will be automatically generated by system and sent to your Email mentioned in registration part-I.
• Login to email ID which you have registered and click on the link which have been sent by KSB.
• Now you will be taken to ksb application login page. Click on PMSS tab under which three options will be displayed ie General Instructions, New Application & Renewal Application.
• Click on New Application under which further three options will be displayed ie How to Apply for Scholarship, List of Documents to be Uploaded and Apply Online.
