Purpose of Chief Minister Mazi Ladki Bahin Scheme 2024
Everyone knows that women of poor families have to depend on others to fulfill their needs. With the aim of making them self-reliant, Chief Minister Mazi Ladki Bahin Yojana 2024 is being started by the Government of Maharashtra.
Through this scheme, women will be provided three LPG gas cylinders free of cost in a year along with financial assistance. This scheme will help in improving the economic condition of women of poor and economically weaker section families of the state.
Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana 2024 has been launched by Maharashtra Finance Minister Ajit Pawar. To provide benefits to all the beneficiary women through this scheme, the government will implement it across the state from July 2024. About Rs 46,000 crore will be spent by the government to provide benefits to all the beneficiary women of the state, which has been confirmed by the State Finance Minister Ajit Pawar during his budget speech. At the same time, fees of around 2 lakh girls of Maharashtra state will be waived.
Benefits of Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Bahin Scheme

- All women will be provided financial assistance of Rs 1500 every month.
- Women will also be provided three LPG gas cylinders free of cost every year.

- The candidate woman must be a resident of Maharashtra state.
- The age of the woman should be between 18 years and 60 years.
